货物在运送时有状况,没送到客人手上该怎么处理? Tracking Report
总有那么几次,你的货物送不到客人手上。由于某种原因,面单被下雨打湿了?掉了? 你没留客户电话? 或有笔误写错了地址电话? 记得,这种情况处理,我们要争取时效,在国外的处理或多余的仓租是很贵的。
举个例子:

Hope everything goes well with you.
The goods has already arrived London, but the courier can't send it to you due to the unclear address, and also can't contact you through the telephone number you give to me.
Could you call the local DHL to get the goods and see what happened?
