回盘前---议价时常用的英文

什么叫议价?就是当客户觉得我们的报价贵了,正确一点,应该这样说,只是我们目前提供的方案贵了。


报完价之后,如果客人如下这样的回复我们:

客户出牌

Great, do we have selected pricing with you guys?

你能够看懂这个意思吗?

 

当然平时我们在做业务员的时候,服务一定要做好,但是该要的钱一定要去要...比如,

 

客人要报价时给的产品,与下单时给的要求与细节不同时....

 

Yesterday you sent me the pen image with just the website on it and said to match it. This is now two different items being put on the pen, the website and the enter to win info. This is an additional set-up and run charge.

 

we have decided to do a pre-shipment inspection only but need to see images of a pre-pro sample. The cost to do a pre-shipment inspection is $493.50 – can we split that equally between both of us?

 

Can you please look at this pricing to make sure it is OK or if it is to high please lower to win this client.. I feel it will be a good relationship.

 

客人喊贵时

 

当客人有了目标价或认为我们贵时,留一点缓冲空间的报价说法,

 

At this time we can not meet your goal of $21 delivered. I am still working on the pricing a bit to see if I can find some more room but so far this is the best we can offer ........下接报价信息.......

如果客户这样子回我们贵了。

Good morning. This is higher than the other quotes we received. I appreciate your time. 

 

我们可以这样选择不放弃。

Thank you for your letting me know. May I have an opportunity to bid on the project again?  What is your preferred numbers?  See if I can work on that.
