业务员的基本技巧之一就是拒绝客户依然带着笑脸,不要让对方产生很不舒服的感觉,通常我会告诉业务员这个叫“不说No的技巧”。这个需要我们非常多的练习。其实中国人应该是非常会的才对,年轻业务员需要多多的练习。

 


拒绝的有礼貌方法

I have spoken with David and he feels that the factories he uses are not capable of offering you the quality of glasses and consistency of quality you need. That said, we will not be able to work with you on the reorders.

拒绝很麻烦又小的生意

We do wholesale business located in China. This quantity is far less of our minimum order quality. It cause higher overhead and higher shipping free. Small quantity render expensive.

Sorry can't help.

This item need to set up a printing plate per quote(per priting logo). Every plate cost $300. I don't think it is a good idea to do a less quality project. The better cost split quantity should be 1000 per printing logo and above. Very sorry.


礼貌的把一大堆产品工作推回去

Sorry we don't know your market and don't know you as well. What the target range for me to prepare such products? you know I don't want to do efforts but nothing.

I am sorry at this point it will take us a week or more to quote any of these items. Our speciality is promotional items and items like that. We do occasionally get into other items like listed but the time allotted is much to short.

In addition, with what we have sourced so far the factories have all been contacted already several times by other agents. There is a lot of competition.

Unfortunately, we can not make the timeline for the quotes needed. We would need much more time.

Would you mind tell us how many pieces will be when you order. It decide the fly or go boat shipping. They are very different estimation for unit cost.

Hello Gentleman, Custom need a mold charge. Fly shipping fee cost much. It is not a good idea to buy one from China. Our strength is factory direct wholeseller. Hope other opportunity.

拒绝客人要混搭产品

My company is looking to purchase a hundred so of various styles of sunglasses with our company pepper logo on the lens.

Can you please tell me if an order this small with various color and design frames is a possibility and how much it would cost? And how long it would take to ship to America?

拒绝客户到付要求

客户要求500个卡片U盘大货寄走UPS运费到付方式。如何婉拒客户要求,达到让我们自己操作货运的目的!

We just have checked with UPS, and our side could not use the third party payment as we have no UPS account, even offer the guarantee of our company.

Now we just have two ways to handle this in mind:

1, could your side directly arrange UPS to pick up the 500pcs( 200pcs to Francis and 300pcs Darby) from our address. This may could be available via freight collect of UPS. Need your first confirm.

2, we use our Fedex account to ship the USB to Francis and Darby, and you transfer the shipping cost to us.

Do you have any idea for this? Need you advice ASAP. Thank you.


免费要样品的例子

我觉得这个客户首先手上没有单子 然后就是想拿我们的样品去谈 。 因为我跟她说的时候是运费 样品免费的 。 她说公司没这个规定 ,我也有跟她说 用她们公司自己的快递账号 这样也可以 , 她说这样到时候会有额外的费用 ; 然后我跟她说她可以私人支付,到时候下单之后,我们退她双倍的钱 , 但是她也没同意呢 。 感觉就是想要样品的样子,虽然单子挺大的,但是应该是有很多家公司在竞标,还属于提案阶段 所以需要样品。

因为收到好几个类似的询价了 都是一样的数量 同一个产品 然后都很着急 还有这个时间段就是促销单的采购时间了 每年都是 。 开始就有查她们公司 还是比较大的了 但是吧 俄罗斯的单子价格一般都偏低 我给她报价了也有个几天了 今天才回复我说客户有反馈这样

然后谈到样品,我跟她说现货样品和定制样品两个方案,然后顺便给她发了一下产品图片,她就让我安排给她寄样,然后就谈到运费了。

常规我们都是这么收50美金的,也不算高的,但是她的理由说 一个她们公司规定不支付这样的费用,还有银行限制,甚至国家规定什么的,我觉得这种说法都不靠谱 。

反正就是不付样品运费的例子。

Very sorry. I got the same inquiries many recently. They all ask me for the shipping but always no any guarantee. If you were me how you advise?
