How to use this printed cap designer

  1. Select the cap color
  2. Select your artwork file, accept image or vector file
  3. Select an image file, the virtual proof will show automatically, please provide an image with at least 300x300 pixels or more, otherwise the printing will be blurred.
  4. Select a vector file, we will provide the virtual proof by email.
  5. Input the order quantity to get the price
  6. Press [Order Now] will sent you the order detail by email.
  7. Check your email and pay according to the instructions in the order.
  8. After production, we will arrange shipping to the address you provide.
  9. Customized orderes do not accept cancellation or return, please note!

How long will it take for delivery ?

These printed caps are pre-ordered and customized, production time is about 5~10 days, after production is completed, we will send the package to the courier company, they will provide a tracking number.

The postal shipping package has a limit of 2kg~7kg, small package, depend on each country, if the weight exceeds it's limit, we will split it into many packages and send them in batches.
for small quantity, postal shipping is cheaper,
for large quantity, express shipping is cheaper.

How can i check the shipping status of my order ?
