客户要目录时,通常是他的准备期,还没有什么具体的订单。但是有实力的客户,这就是一个好机会。没实力的客户就有点浪费时间。至于这个客户的实力怎么样呢?这需要我们花时间去好好的探索调研。
目录可以用公司网站来截取,也可以用系统产品库搜索而自动的产生动态的不同产品类别需求。还有平时准备的报价范本目录清单。
不管怎么说,最好还是要交流测试客户一下。

有时候我们已经有准备好的资料时,那当然是可以给个客户的。但是我并不希望,在客户一上来问我就给他。总要建立起一两次的对话往来,互相了解一点情况以后,我们再决定要不要给?怎么给?给什么?

一般在要目录的情况我不弄PDF给客户的,因为客人需要我的图片再加工给他的客人看,所以我不但不弄在PDF里面,就是相片上也不会放什么公司的信息,完全的给客人方便考量。
PDF我们一般用在正式的场合,比如,PI, Invoice, 採购单上面。
