When printing a multi-color logo, we need to align the screens,
but alignment is difficult on a sphere.
If your logo requires precise positioning of different colors,
we cannot do this and will cancel your order.
Because a sphere is curved, the printed area is approximately slightly smaller than its radius.

How long will it take for delivery ?
These magic answer balls are pre-ordered and customized,
production time is about 15~20 days,
if you would like custom answer,
production time will take 45 days,
after production is completed,
we will send the package to the courier company,
they will provide a tracking number.
Because this ball contains water, it is a special transport item and can only be transported through special channels.
Currently, there is only one channel: air express from Hong Kong.
Average express shipping time is about 8~15 days
Remote areas will take longer, restricted area will not deliver
Packages entering the EU require to pay VAT,
in some countries, you have to clear customs yourself, such as Spain
The transportation reference time is provided by the courier company, for reference only,

Import duties are the responsibility of the importer(you),
each country has different regulations.
For goods shipped to Europe, you must have a tax number and be able to handle imports,
otherwise the goods will be destroyed by your customs.
Due to the wrong address, the recipient's refusal, etc., the delivery fails and the package is returned, and you will be responsible for the return fee.
