常见几种客户付款方式, 如何向客户说明付款方式？paypal, 信用卡 cc, check
让客户顺利的付款是基本程序里面的重要一环。这一切说明我们美国礼品协会ASI/SAGE的收款操作
而外贸里面有哪些常见几种付款方式? 我们要用英文如何顺利的向客户说明表达呢？
目前我们公司接受几种客户的付款方式:
- 经验1: 由于寄支票本身会花3~10天的时间(客人有时候忘了或故意的没有邮寄出来, 出货以前一定要确定入账了没有?), 为了加速我们通常会要求客戶將支票在寄前先fax or scan/email给我们。
- 经验 2: 提醒客戶在支票背面写上相关的業務員名字，PO 编码 or PI编码, 避免和其别人搞混淆。
- 优点是速度快. 通常24小時內就可到账 & Accounting 可以在网络上直接看到, 比较落后的国家会慢到10天到半个月, 请注意.
- 缺点#1: 客戶需要有人去銀行办理. 换言之,有些客户会觉得很麻煩(常常做国际采购的客人会办理网上付款, 那就方便很多了).
- 缺点#2: 手续费頗高. 每个银行的rate 不一样, 但有些在金额多时，手续费会高到$50。
- 由於以上原因, 虽然对我们收款方来说很方便, 但很多客戶不喜欢用Wire Transfer.
- 西联汇款与这个相同, 我们给客人相同的账号就可以, 他们只是走的汇款线路不相同而已.
- 請客人填一份授權fax to our office or email us.
- 我們公司有跟銀行申請刷卡機，這樣的手續費很便宜，不到1%到3%, 依据不同的国外银行来决定, 美国运通最贵。大部份的美國客人都使用這種方式。
- 我们收Credit Card 用的是Paypal 的服务.
- 由于Paypal 需要问的资料比一般只多不少, 且是个人隐私, 最好是由客戶自己填写的

- Paypal 的服务费基本上是2.9% + $0.30. 在向客戶收款时這个是要跟客人建议加上去的, 2014以后还要加上2.5%的提款手续费, 所以金额大于1000美金时就显得非常的贵了.
- Sales 还是得開出PI给客户.
- 若客人有Paypal账号, 那就请客人直接付款到我们的paypal帳號即可.

Wire Transfer(T/T): 也就是所谓的國際电汇，這是國際採購常用的方式，不过也是落伍的一种操作，这个时代还有谁用电传汇款呢？所以TT电汇是过时的名词,，很多互联网的新客人根本不清楚这个名词，现代人应该只知道打款汇款或者国际汇款（international wiring）而不知道电汇，业务员在跟客人沟通的时候需要多多的注意。
Check(支票): 美国最常見的付款方式. 客户写支票后直接寄到我们美國办公室(公司地址在我們手册裡有).
