客人需要的是低价,没有错。如果业务员报了低价,可是客人不领情,可以看成你的技巧不够好,因为客人要的是便宜的感觉,但是他没有感觉到。通常不礼貌,不友善的业务员也会没感觉。你应该把重点放在"感觉“上面,而不是“便宜“上面。
一定要让客人很爽,有占到便宜的感觉,所以你可以先让他痛苦一下,先痛苦后放水。也就是说先把客人抓到太阳底下一段时间,再把客人带到大树下面乘凉的意思。比如,先给客人看一些品质好一点的产品,让客人习惯高价格,最后再给客人看看你心目中想要他买的低一点品质的产品,突然他会觉得便宜了,但是你的利润还不错的产品。
比如,你先告诉客人最近原料贵了一成,或运费高了, 问他要不要晚一个月再定货?不然现在订货你只能吸收一半增加的成本,等等等。
