推广邮件 回盘技巧

怎么让客人回我邮件?找个好点子钓他? 怎么设计吸引客人的回盘邮件?

业务员最高兴的事情是有询盘进来, 业务员很悲哀的事是回盘见光死, 客人根本不理你。

邮件里面对话像个活生生的人比较好, 不要爱说术语。

业务员写回盘邮件时候,如果希望客人能回你,那你一定要想办法让你的邮件看起来是有问号的,而不是句号。但一定要弄一个充满信息的问号,不是单单纯纯的问题而己。也就是报价时要写个带勾(Hook)的回盘。带勾的意思就是设计一点你的悬念。

业务员写吸引人的邮件的好办法,就是让你的邮件看起来不像邮件。如果你的邮件像一份书面报告或者汇报的话,就很容易让客户不回话而且产生存档的冲动,或者造成礼貌性的回话,Thanks, Understood之类。

想要让客户回话,那你的邮件就要像讲话而且最好是礼貌,亲切,好奇,有趣的对话模样。你没跟他讲话(只是报告),他干嘛跟你回话呢?

比如以下我们的报价范本里面那一段强调的一段字:

Hi xxx,

Thanks for opportunity.

For project: Aluminum bottle opener keychain GD04001-20

再看看我的想法, 我可以先设计一个吸引人的段子试试看客人, 一方面让我爬到竞争者的前列, 一方面不要太让自己白忙, 把时间留给更重要的客人.....

我没有说什么FOB, EXW的, 因为我觉得像一个讲话的, 活生生的人跟客人聊天比较好. 同时我也没有花太多时间, 我的回答方式与内容应该也跟其他竞争者不一样, 应该会更吸引客人才对, 看看他回不回再说.....

还有这种一看就是丢给很多人回答的邮件, 我可能也会吧标题改一改, 这样我会与竞争者的邮件不混在一起, 比较突出一点......
