I do not think it was a DHL issue, I think it is poor packaging on your part. The packing material or outside box that your company used is way too soft instead of a normal card board box. I do not know if I will be able to get pictures , they have already been distributed and I had to drive these out to the clients about a half hour away and I have too much time invested in this already.
But be aware that I don 't know if I would use your company again. Too much of a hassle.

很难去想像,如果少了可信赖的品管把关人员时,那底会发生什么事情? Distributor想要跟中国工厂买到竞争力的同时,当然不希望有太多的supprise。看过上面的图片就会了解到,suprise 之一就是我收到的三个箱子都不是矩型的。
