1. Flat Artwork File Required (No Virtual Mockups / AI Hat Renderings):
We need clean, flat, high-resolution original artwork, photos, or pattern files to print on the fabric. Virtual 3D mockups, AI-generated hat images, or photos of hats cannot be used for printing. Your design image should be flat without any hat shapes, masks, or distortion.
2. Seam Alignment & Sewing Reality:
Our production involves printing on flat fabric, cutting into separate panels, and hand-sewing them into a hat. Because of this physical process, perfect pattern alignment across seam lines is physically impossible and unrealistic. Slight pattern offsets or minor misalignment at seam joints are natural characteristics of hand-assembled cut-and-sew headwear.
